Eastern Shed offers a variety of different roof & window style accents known as our Shed Dormer. These options add aesthetic beauty to the exterior, as well as add increased height and natural light for the interior.

We take pride in knowing our dormer design is built to last against the elements and takes all precautions in making sure it will hold up to the New England Weather.

Our shed dormers are much more than a kit, where the majority is constructed on-site to insure there is no leaking. Ice and Water Shield is used to further protect roof. Vinyl siding, j-channel, and vinyl trim is put on last to allow us to adequately install ice & water shield.

*Please note we require any customer ordering a dormer on their shed to add Architectural roof shingles to the roof of the shed at $1 per square foot.*

Our Dormers are only available as an option with our Aspen Style Roof and the shed must be 10′ or wider in order to allow appropriate roof pitch for the New England Winters.
