If you can do visit their location, I got valuable tips that made the shed even better. Super easy to customize and delivered exactly what I wanted. When delivered staff was professional, polite and fast. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Communication with the team on scheduling was also great as they were flexible on the date. Shed was completed in a single day. My shed is 16x12 with extended ceiling and roof over hangs. I have two double doors on both 12 foot sides with a single door and two windows on one 16 foot side. I poured my own pad and they were able to anchor down to it properly. This is going to be used as a workshop more than a year shed. Can't wait to move in.

Buying our shed from Eastern Shed was a good decision. The design process was easy, and the website design tool is easy to use. Krissie was great to work with to finalize the design and schedule the installation. Garth and Luis were fantastic during installation, (we can’t say enough about those guys!) and we love the shed. We can’t believe it’s actually there and what a positive impact it has to the back yard. It’s very well put together, and very solid as Garth and Luis placed good supports on the crushed stone foundation we prepared. Adding the loft was huge, all of our camping, extra chairs, and skis went up there and out of the way. The rest of the area is used for flower pots and planting materials, snow blower, lawn mower, garden tools, and more. It allowed us to clear out the garage so we can actually use it! Working with Eastern Shed and the shed itself really exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eastern Shed to others.

My new shed from Eastern Shed is in and I couldn't be happier. Eastern was great to work with; they met their promised delivery date despite very rainy weather. Also I the day before assembly, I made a last second modification to the shed and Eastern didn't miss a beat. The builders were fast and cleaned up the area nicely. I found Eastern a great value as well. About 3 years ago at a previous house, I had another shed installed by Reeds Ferry. It was the same exact size and style and cost $7000 more than the shed from Eastern

I ran a side by side comparison of the build quality and I thought they were the same or Eastern Shed even slightly better and at better price. We ordered a 10*12 shed which offers plenty of floor space. By using a gambrel and adding a loft we gained additional space (hey, it's enough to plan an overnight in the backyard!).We planned our shed online, fine tuned in the store. The shed is beyond impressive form things you wouldn’t even think about, double joist framing under the floor, double wall top plates, tie downs for the rafters, rafters built with cross bar plates, lofts built with four 2x4’s to hold extra weight, double position ramp so you don’t have to remove them to close the doors. Real vinyl doors like a house door. Etc etc. The entire staff are awesome especially Krissie in the office! She is outstanding at helping figure out issues you might have with the build and to figure out how to resolve them and get what you want done. We highly recommend them. So much so we have a Pavilion coming from them in a few weeks. Can’t wait to post pictures with that in it.Update as of 4/8/26Pavilion is done and just had a 2nd shed installed for a mini man cave. I can’t say enough about this company, from the staff to the quality of work is all absolutely fantastic. If you don’t go to Eastern Shed for all of your shed and pavilion needs then you’ll be missing out. Thank you to Andrew, Garth and Carlos for your outstanding job today. It’s greatly appreciated!!! Eastern Shed did a wonderful job throughout the entire shed experience. I designed online and Eastern Shed called and walked me through some updates to ensure the best functionality for the building. Our town has alot of paperwork for new sheds, and Eastern Shed was patient and able to be flexible with our timelines and many documentation requests from the inspector. The build team was professional, polite and did a great job. There were some challenges angling the shed on the concrete pad [the contractor who poured the slab messed up the corners], so the team was dealing more with a parallelogram vs a rectangle, but they managed to get the whole shed on the pad.The shed itself is beautiful, solidly built- we are very happy with it.Eastern Shed was committed to quality, for example: a small vent was bent during shipping. Rather than bend it back and install a less than perfect vent, they ordered a new one and came back to install it the next day.The shed was a pretty penny, but since we designed it and upgraded many features, we did this to ourselves. We also believe you get what you pay for, and this is a solid building that will stand up to New England weather for many many years to come.If youre looking for quality products built well, Eastern Shed is where to go.

Great experience working with Eastern Shed to purchase our new shed! Krissie was there to help us out as we browsed their selection of sheds at their location on Route 114 in North Andover. She was very efficient throughout the process, was never high-pressure, and we felt that we were always in good hands. On another day, as we were sitting in the office finalizing the deal, they started a 10% off sale, which they applied to our deal. We chose to use their person to remove our existing shed and we used our own resource to prep the site for the new shed. Removal of the old shed went quickly and they left nothing behind. Once we notified Eastern Shed that the site was prepped they arranged for set-up of the new shed within a couple of weeks. Set-up of our new 8x12’ shed was surprisingly fast. I was expecting a half-day or longer project but they were in and out in just over two hours and they left nothing behind. We love our new shed and would readily recommend Eastern Shed to others.
